Select which options you’d like for your appointment below and fill out the detailed personal information questionnaire so that we can best help you during your vist. You will only need to fill out the questionnaire once as a new client and when you return for following visits, you will simply provide updates.
Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment must be done within 24 hours. If an appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours, the client will be responsible for payment for the full price of the originally scheduled appointment. Any exceptions will come at the discretion of Dianthus Massage Therapy.
